beware of this store nothing but lies . not loyal to customer . inaccurate info just so you buy the phone inaccurate info then comes the surprise from verzion . never buy from this store again . the store manager jennifer rodig dont even return text . like all business then only look out for there pockets at the end of the week .

Went in just for a simple purchase. Next thing I know phone blowing from Fios trying to sell me service. So I asked why are you calling me she says you made a purchase at this store and talked to someone about FIOS services. BEWARE WHERE YOU SHOP. They great you with a nice smile but will sell you and your info. A-holes.

This new location (outside and in front of the Cumberland Mall on a pad) is much better than the corner kiosk inside the mall. The seating is comfortable. There are many phones and tablets on display. Going at an off-peak time helps get you served faster. They are willing to discuss plans and payment options.

Not enough staff working so I had to wait a half hour just to pay my monthly bill and also there is no free wi-fi for crying out loud dunkin donuts has free wi-fi. Are they in the telecommunication buisness? While I wait forever it would be cool to use a little wi-fi oh well two thumbs down.

Finding out that they lure you in with lies and adding on things that you dont want just found out that if you change to T-Mobile and they pay off Verizon bill when you switch to them I am seriously thinking of going back I was with T-Mobile for 25+years
