Horrendous service. Bought new S7 Active, was defective, they refused to take it back, refused a refund, were RUDE and blatantly lied multiple times. Had to go to Egg Harbor Township store and it took them 2 hours to straighten out all the screw ups the Somers Point store made. Instead of $7.99 for insurance, they set $11 on my phone and $30 my wifes phone .. $41 for insurance on two phones?? OVERCHARGED and would NOT refund. Also screwed up the setting up of the Family Plan we chose. Nothing but hassles that crept into 2 weeks of arguing with them... From my personal experience, STAY AWAY!

Horrendous Ordeal. They signed us up to different plans than we agreed. Also overcharged for phone insurance... would not take phone back even after corporate told them. Would NEVER recommend them.
