The worst store ever !!!!! i was trying to change my phone before the 14 day trial and the manager was not answering my calls , when i finally stop in the store (because i realize he was avoiding me) he told me "i dont have the iphone you wan"t .(just like that) i ask him if he can order it and his answer was , i can but you your not going to be in the 14 day trial anymore. I couldnt believe it .I was after this guy for days ...now im going to be stuck with that phone ( that i have to purchase because they didnt have another one with more gb to start with ).THE MANAGER is the worst person i ever deal with.No profesional at all !!!! He is not train to be in charge of anything . I hope the close soon.Horrible !!!

Bad service I stood there for 56 minutes tonight at October 22 2015 it was more important to talk about personal life , car problems instead to ask us how may I help you.... After I stood there for that long time they drop me the bad news that they cannot receive the item that I purchase from sprint... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

The worst Sprint Store in the USA. Employees did not know a single thing about what I asked them to do which was transfer data from the previous phone my parents had to their new phones. They are also not frendly. The Sprint Store inside Rockaway Townsquare is great. Why cant they be like them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WAS TOLD WHEN SWITCHING TO VERIZON THEY PAY MY LAST BILL AS WELL AND WHEN I WENT BACK I WAS INFORMED THEY DO NOT. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I HAD THEM FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND ALREADY SWITCHED. SPRINT SUCKS!!!!!!

THIEVES LIARS THIEVES. Dont trust sprint, theyre a bunch of thieves. Theyll save you money for a few months, but then theyll just creep your costs up until its more expensive than att. Theyll lie about it, too.

Erik is the best. He was able to fix my phone when apple messed it up! I would definitely come back if I have phone problems again 10/10 would recommend.

Franchise store. Not full Sprint store. Short-staffed. Friendly. I dropped Sprint because of poor cellular service. But the people are nice.
