Worst service ever I just hate this location the staff are the worst workers that I have meet in my entire livfe. They gave me a call ed to pick an item when I got there they dont know anything about my package keep me waiting and waiting.. They want not just my ID they also want a proud of address or a bank statement and I dont even live here in the USA but anyway when they called me they didnt inform that point to me.. and the answer I got from them its I am sorry we didnt know who called you and also we didnt know if we have your package... my God worst workers they got paid for nothing!!! I understand that the store had politics that they have to follow but when they called me the person on the phone told me JUST BRING ONE ID ANY FORM OF ID then when I got there no body know who called me and they even dont know if someone called me thats my point they are not professional at all thats the reason that your store have only worst reviews think about that something its not working fine in that location

5 STAR EXPERIENCE! I had a very expensive, large and fragile item which required pick-up from a nearby auction house, packed and shipped. This was an antique item which I purchased from another state and I needed it ASAP. Joe and his team could not have been more accommodating. They were able retrieve my item from the auction house, double box as per my instructions and ship the same day! The lamp arrived perfectly intact and wrapped as per my instructions. They did a great job and I couldnt have asked for better service. I spoke to Joe and later two other employees who called with my shipping quotes and then for final total and all were very accommodating. Fantastic courteous staff and they all went the extra mile for this rush delivery! I couldnt be happier with the service I received. I will definitely be using them again when purchasing out of state auction items near Rockaway. Great service! Thank you very much! Highly recommend for all your shipping needs! 5 STARS !

Joe, the owner/manager of this place is terrible. He belittles his employees every time Im in there. Today I picked up a package I had routed there. The owner proceeded to move the box by flipping and dropping it...basically rolling it to me. I explained that there was an expensive piece of equipment in there and his response..."well this thing was on a conveyer belt so it better be able to stand up to this." All the while the poor woman trying to help me was continuously being insulted. Terrible service (by the owner only) and a terrible example of a good manager.

Worst experience i ever had, at any store, i ever when to,in my entire life. And all i did was ask for a notary service;thats all. The response was rude , ignorant, lazy, a sad way to live i would think. i agree with all of the previous reviews on how bad this manager is. He should not be in a public job. You would have to pay me to step foot in that store again. Youre rude; >its not what you said; , its how you say it and the way you treat people= rudely,. Not a good way of dealing with people;=your job

#1. Location Direction Incorrect. #2. Location opening time incorrect. Why do I need to wait 45 minutes to drop off 2 packages what is labeled and ready just the size doesnt fit to the drop of box? Horrible service and customer support mentality , in the 21st century a business approach like this deserves to go under.

Went in to ship a return to LL Bean. The item was packaged with a return label, but needed one piece of tape. I couldnt believe they wanted to charge me $1 for the tape. I walked out and I guess they through their piece of tape in the garbage. They lost their dollar and a customer. Ill never go back.

The owner is a complete moron.went in to have a resume revised charged me 45 dollars to make a few changes when I had it emailed to him from another ups store then charged me for a used thumb drive this guy is going to ruin his own business ps its 35 at any other ups store

I have been at this store a couple of times and they have the worst customer service. The gentleman helping me acted like her didnt care about making a sale whatsoever. This was the last time I will go there. UPS should worry about their name with locations like this one.
