When pet supplies opened in oakland, my son and I were eager to go check it out. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well stocked the store was. Huge supply of fish and turtle supplies for us- the largest in the area and at the best prices. Weve been frequent shoppers there since the week the door opened however, this was nothing compared to the phenomenal service provided to us by the owner, Susan. Her business decision and how she treated my son earned her two extremely loyal customers. Thank you and best wishes for success!

We are extremely pleased with the personal attention and great help we receive from Pet Supplies Plus. Staff is very friendly, and supplies are just as reasonably priced as the larger pet chain. We purchased a guinea pig and continue to return for the supplies on a frequent basis.
