My mother and I have been loyal customers for nearly three decades. The owner Ian is a delightful, caring, and thoughtful professional; who is willing to work with you no matter what your budget. His laid back approach should not be misconstrued as indifference. He allows customers to linger and try on glasses without heavy sales pressure. His supportive staff reflects our local culture in several languages (Polish, English, Spanish, etc.) and his amazing sense of humor always is a source of joy, even on a rainy day. Far beyond standard perscription lenses, he has helped me revamp thrift store vintage lenses, and regularly exhibits enormous patience and gentleness, even around the elderly. Highly recommended.

Ive used Innovation Optics for many years. I tried another eye doctor four years ago, who also conveniently dispensed glasses. After several times going back for poor fit/blurred vision, I am now back to my former eye doctor, and getting my frames/glasses at Innovation Optics. Excellent quality, customer service, and competitive prices, and all performed right, the first time. Very glad to be back! Many thanks to Ian and his professional staff.

Dont come here Came in for a quote and the owner or manager, started ranting and making jokes that if we wanted cheap prices we should go to Target. We simply wanted a quote and to know the options of their lenses, not to negotiate prices. Very unprofessional and other people left reviews that they were also insulted, dont come here.

Customer service sucks. I was greeted rudely. The man in the back didnt acknowledge my presence until 10 minutes after I entered. And I was standing right in front of him!!!! Then to add insult to injury he insulted me smh! Never again!
