Do not go to this place. Their hours are listed as 11am- 8pm. Ive been to this location three times this week (during these hours) and each time no one was there. Finally I go in at 1pm there is a woman working there (at the Sprint table) who says come back at 4:30pm. I go home come back at 5pm. The same woman tells me I cant help you now Im doing inventory. What? You told me to come back at 4:30pm why cant you help me? I asked her. Now shes rude. Its depends. I tell her this is a major inconvenience for me to keep going all the way home and coming back and still not being helped. I told her I wanted to order a phone. She puts in the order. I was told it will be delivered to the store within 3-5 days. On the fifth day I calll Im told by the same women that she cannot give any information over the phone. I wait 7 days. On the 7th day at 2pm I go into the store again Im told come back at 5pm no is here to help you. This place is ridiculous. The women working there is rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. Still no phone and no way to get info. BTW ...the day I order the phone I tried to pay with my card and the CC terminal was not working I had to leave the store get to an ATM get the money walk back to the Radio Shack to pay. Seven days later theres a hand written sign saying its still out of order. DO BETTER! Sprint and Radio Shack! Terrible service.

Ok I came here a few times with the whole note7 mess. The staff were great and very helpful in all aspects the only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because of the wait time. If you dont have an appt you will wait a long time. Make sure you book an appt before going.

Im forced to give this Sprint location one star when it deserves a negative five stars. The woman (who claims to be the manager) that runs the Sprint booth is extremely unprofessional. She was eating at the table while handling my brand new iphone. Ill never return.

Great customer service and they actually seem to be happy at work and assisting you. Its worth noting that this is a cooperate store.
