A few years ago I frequently bought clothing at the Buckle in the MOA and always experienced phenomenal service. The people that worked there greeted you the moment you entered the store, they actively tried to help you find what you were looking for and/or wanted, and never snubbed any customers. I recently moved to the Woodbury area and went to the buckle in Woodbury to find an outfit for a friends bachelorette party and could not believe how horrible the service was. The employees there are rude, inattentive, and have made me never want to shop at another Buckle store again. Even the order and neatness of the clothing on the racks and shelves were subpar to what I had experienced in the other Buckle stores I have been in. The only postive thing about my visit to this store was that I found a tank top to go with my bachelorette party outfit after searching the racks for a half hour+.

I had ordered a pair of Hurley boardshorts from the Buckle site online, and although the ordering process online was simple and easy, I wanted to try one on in the store to see how it would fit before I actually got it in the mail. The staff is friendly and theyll greet you when you come in, but I would agree with another reviewer that the store needs way more organization. I just felt so disconnected from the second I walked in -- almost as if I was lost in a maze somewhere. Probably will not be returning.

The Woodbury Buckle got a new manager last fall and what an awesome transition has occurred! It is organized, the employees are friendly, helpful and attentive. I really dislike shopping always - anywhere- but I go there when I need something new because they absolutely take care of me and make it as painless as possible! I also love that I dont have to be a size 2 to get nice looking jeans that fit and are comfortable! They do a great job finding the right fit for my body shape.

The 3 gals that helped us on 9/27/15 were fantastic!! My fiancé forgot his clothes for our engagement shoot in Hudson (we are from the south metro). We ran into the store and they were SO helpful getting him stylish clothes, quickly!!! And they were so nice!! Thanks!

Buckle is my favorite stop for mens clothing. In particular the Rock Revival jeans and Buckle Brand shirts. Tons of jean options in various shapes, styles, and colors. Several of the jeans use a stretch fabric that is amazingly comfortable.
