I rarely leave reviews, but Bob Anderson, the owner, is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a particular boot in a mens size 6 and he was able to special order it for me at a price below all of the other local and online stores (Loffler, Nokomis, even Amazon). I will be purchasing all of my shoes here from now on. Bob, youve acquired a lifetime customer.

Terrible, terrible customer service. The woman who came out to help me and my fiance treated us like a major inconvenience. We were the only guests in the store. I could here her mutter, "Jesus Christ" in contempt of us. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Do not shop here! Such a rude, nasty, old woman. The worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Poor sales representative there, she was unwilling to help , and doesnt want sale at all. However,the shoes are good.
