Refused to fill a medication using my insurance without having a physical prescription. My insurance has stated twice that I dont need one. Just my insurance card. The pharmacy tech flat out said no without checking anything. She was rude and inattentive. If you dont like your job. QUIT!! I went to call the insurance company back. They reaffirmed what they already stated. Then the tech called up the pharmacist and she still wouldnt fil to my insurance. Im all about understanding and clarification. And if this is something they legitimately cant so then they need to notify the insurance companies so they arent giving out false information.

Ive shopped here twice: once to stock up on random drugstore things and once to get a prescription filled at the pharmacy. Both were very pleasant experiences: the shelves were well-stocked and the store orderly and clean, and the pharmacy had the item I needed that my regular pharmacy had run out of. This is definitely going to be my go-to CVS going forward! (Four stars because Ive only been twice.)

CVS wont fill my prescription for percoset. I get the feeling they dont want to give it to me based on my age. Without looking at their computer they say they dont have any and ask thier co-workers for confirmation that they dont carry a controlled substance. No one checks the computer and wont assist in telling you which CVS carries the prescription.
