the pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:00 am mon-fri . EVERY TIME i go there between 8:15 -8:30 they are always closed ,. if youre not going to open up the time you say you are going to open , then change your damn hours ., So unprofessional ,They are always messing up my sons insurance ,. they are always trying to say that it is inactive and when i call the insurance company i have always been active.

Wish I had the reviews before waiting two hours to fill a prescription that still wasnt ready. Also, this is the second time Ive tried to fill a prescription. Why ask for a phone number to call for any issues but never even actually call to tell me that it couldnt be filled? Dont waste your time! Only good thing is that the store is open for 24 hours and has a wide variety.

Very poor customer service. Pharmacy and the photo kiosks were down today when I went. The shift supervisor said that had been the case since they opened. Since I went there in the afternoon, it seems there should have been enough time to either fix them or put an "out of order" sign up. Also...good luck getting someone to wait on you.

They were very rude on the phone when I called to see if they had a certain medicine in stock. The man who answered accused me of having called several times before with the same question, but it was my first call. I told him as much, and he insisted I was lying. Terrible customer service.
