Staff in pharmacy is friendly. However, there is a huge lack of communication with the customer. No point in leaving a callback number. There have been numerous occasions where I they said they would let me know when they got the okay from the doctor for a prescription refill. There are prescriptions I needed and they still wouldnt call me back to say I could get it. Once I even asked how many refills I had and they said 1 when the answer was 0, leaving me waiting almost a week without it to make a doctors appointment last minute before being able to get it refilled again. Once I was traveling out of the country and would run out of pills while overseas. I asked if I could get an earlier refill than usual. They took my name, number, and time I would be leaving for the airport to make sure I would get it in time before leaving if they were able to fill it earlier. Instead of calling me back, I got an automated message saying my prescription has been waiting for me after I was already at the airport about to board my flight. Again, friendly people, but the lack of communication is making me took for other pharmacies.

The Pharmacy staff and pharmacist are more then helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. They treat you not only as a customer but as a individual. If your looking for the full customer experience stop in and see them!

This review is essentially for the staff. I dont know where they find them but they are SERIOUSLY the nicest in retail by fair. its almost scary. I will drive out of my way to go to this Rite Aid
