I dont know why there are bad reviews of this pharmacy. The store staff and pharmacy staff are uniformly friendly and helpful: I followed one of the pharmacists here from another closing Rite Aid store because she was so helpful. Since someone has gone out of their way to disrespect Miss Lee by name, I will reveal that she is the one my family followed. I have been going here for 20 years or more. Yes, bring a book if you go to ANY drive-up pharmacy window. They distract the staff from serving the people who arent too lazy to get out of their car and walk a few steps. Rite Aid went through a massive reorganization a few years ago and to survive they had to go with a lean staff. If you notice, everyone you see is busy stocking shelves all the time.

I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and firendly. One pharmacist went to another location for me to get a RX they didnt have at the ti e I needed it. Beat that. The Pharmacists know me and Im pleased with the service. Remember this location is rather busy so sone bad experiences I think wAs just at a bad mment. I find the rest of the crew friendly as well.

Karen and the pharmacy staff are as good as it gets in my experience. My wife and I have been to many pharmacies over the years and this group stand out as the best. They are unfailingly patient, thorough and willing to go that "extra mile" to help us get the prescriptions we need and understand issues surrounding usage and potential interactions.

Crabby and unfriendly staff in the pharmacy. Be sure to check they actually have your meds in stock when you drop off a prescription. And be sure to check that they give you the correct med when you pick up your prescription. (Yes, they tried to give me the wrong med and insisted that I was mistaken)

I totally agree with everything that +Bill P said! The staff in the pharmacy is very unfriendly and not helpful esp. a women with the last name "Lee". I would never consider that pharmacy again even its very close to my apartment.

Just terrible. The staff speak to you as if you are bothering them. If you go through the drive through, bring a book. I only go here if its an emergency and Im at work.

Horrible pharmacy. The pharmacy mislabeled medications for my parents and they almost ended up taking each others meds. I can not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.
