I hate to be the person to play the race card, but my experience at this CVS was anything but pleasant. Me and my three brothers walked in the store to buy diapers for our niece and as soon as we walked down the aisle we were bombarded by two employees who were down our throats the entire time. After telling them that we do not require assistance they refused to leave our side to make sure that we do not steal something. Even though we assured them that we posed no threat and were just buying diapers they insisted on walking with us the entire time, then opened up a register just to get us out of their store quickly. It was the worst case of profiling i have ever experienced and i DEFINITELY will not be returning. Me and my brothers have also informed everyone we know around the area and they also now refuse to shop at this store.

Bad customer service, waited in line for a photo order pick-up because I got notification that it was ready. When my turn came to ask for photos... One order was incomplete and not ready as well. The other order that was ready, the cashier was either NEW or NOT TRAINED so he couldnt "check" out my order. He led me to the manager which then completely IGNORED me to go help another customer who was back in the line. I found that very RUDE since he didnt even excuse himself at least. Keep in mind that I was already waiting for 20min! I left the store and I will not come back. Very disorganized and lack of customer service.

This pharmacy is the slow and disorganized. You wait to put in your prescription. They tell you to come back in an hour. After the hour, you wait in a long line, to be told your prescription is not ready, come back tomorrow. You go back the next day, and they cant find your prescription, or if they do, it involves looking through multiple bins, like someone must have misplaced it. Gee, I wonder who would have done that? The personnel waiting on customers dont seem to care, keep you waiting to perform trivial tasks, and dont appear to have been trained.

An employee told us that there was nobody available to take our photo at the photo department even though there were 3 employees who could have done so. They could have at least put up a note to say that no one was available instead of having people wait around for nothing. Whats the point of having a photo department if its never open? Such a waste of time.

Great service. Mr Fredi Blanco always provide an excellent service .he is always organizing the store and helping customer at the same time. This is a busy CVS therefore the pharmacy moves slow,but the stuff try their best. Shame on people who understand simple things like being busy. Place is clean and Mr Fredi got great people skills

If i could give zero stars i would!! This is the worst CVS Ive been to. Whenever I call I always wait at least 10 minuted and then they always hang up on me. They are constantly disorganized, rude, and have terrible customer service skills. Im constantly picking up medications and would like for once it to be a good experience.

horrible pharmacy. if possible i would give it negative stars.Im moving our families prescriptions. Moved it to Giant, they pick up and answer the phone, prescription ready in 30 minutes. I should have done it sooner.And the one scrip I have to pay for out of pocket is $20 less a month

Waited almost an hour in pharmacy drive thru there was only 4 people in front of me and this is my second trip here in last 2 days yesterday they couldnt find my prescription i dropped off 5 days before. Its like the staff is totally lost and they have no idea what is going on.

Service is generally good, however there is a short, bald male worker there who has no problem regularly hitting on other men. Not sure if he does the same with women. Very unprofessional. I wish hed do that on his own time. Makes me not want to use that pharmacy.

Im waiting for my insulin here they said it would be ready by 5pm and the pharmacist is, talking to other customers and Ive been waiting sense yesterday Im this is very unprofessional. And I will be going to a different cvs will not EVER come her again!

always very slow when i go there and unfriendly. the employees or pharmacist does not even acknowledge your presence for at least 5-6 minutes. i have never had a good experience or had anyone smile at me. what happened to common curtosy?

The store is awesome! However the pharmacy is terrible. Slow. Slow and SLOW!!! Staff is very disorganized and not customer service oriented. Its always nothing but confusion in this place!

Always a huge wait at the pharmacy. Not very friendly and take FOREVER to wait on you. Always a lot of people working....but not sure why so slow.
