The customer service is horrendous. I went to return a pair of shorts and the clerk sure did take her time to issue me a refund. Retagging the price tag, waiting to use the scanner without saying anything to the fellow employee, hanging up the shorts, all within 15 minutes and other people in line waiting to check out. At least the security were cheerful as to let you know theyre watching you. I wont be coming here again. Try the one at Mondawmin mall instead.

Love the store and merchandise but service suprise me allot ...I put $20 bill in front of young cashier try to organize my wallet and find out she dont give me change demanding give my money in HER HAND..my $20 still laying on counter. ..its take quite time to realize her ATTITUDE . Didnt find anything good. Did walk out with a pair of Jordans that were a great price. Awkward that we needed to b let into these restrooms with a code by an associate and the associate was rude when she came over to the kids not to touch the purse Help button. Smh

Restroom is closed, you have to ask from sales associate lock code and ....they dont tell you, only go with you and open the door!!! Super customer service!
