The worst consignment store ever. A place where the owner (Rebecca) and her associates are a bunch of liars. The outstanding products (shoes, dresses, purses....etc) found in this store are consigned by 3rd parties and other individuals who are interested in doing business with Rebecca & co. on a 50/50 basis (meaning if they sell your item for $10, they get $5 and you get $5. But was that what happened with my designers shoes, purses & stuff when I consigned with them? NO!!! They were excited when I took my stuff to them and asked me to check back in a month time. They responded to my first 2 phone calls after about 6 to 8 weeks, then later stopped answering my number; but when I used my colleagues numbers to call them, they did answer. I got there on a Saturday afternoon and requested for my 6 bags (I had shoes, purses, and clothes in 6 big trash bags) items, they gave me 1 bag and said they had given the rest out to charity. And after a while, they asked me to walk out of their store. I stayed in there and called the police. The officer came and got my own side of the story first and gave me a case number to take them to court. I was interested in selling some stuff and giving some out to charity. Rebecca asked me to sign a piece of paper stating that I am authorizing her to take my items to a charity center and had nothing to sign for the other items which I wasnt interested in giving out to charity. Yet, I did it wisely, stating the number of items to be giving to charity (which was 12 pairs of shoes). Just for her to tell me that Saturday that she gave more than 50 pairs of the shoes to charity which I asked her to sell. What a degradation. So mush loss of reputation and respect for this lady and her associates. Her associates were so good at backing her up, making some stories as though they were talking to a 10-year-old kid. Im glad I have pictures of the items I asked her to sell and those I kept aside for charity (which will all be useful to the judge in court) these pictures were taking in her store with her associates next to the items. Is a pity people have to steal from others to make money. I call this theft. Shame on you Rebecca and Co. And see you in court soon.

Great selection of merchandise and very clean store. Customer service? Very helpful, almost too helpful. They hovered over us even though they have security cameras. Let me explain further: I walked in with my hubby with the intent to purchase accessories. Like normal people when shopping in a second hand store, we like to examine the merchandise for possible hidden defects. Owner grabs item out of my hand because I commented on the items imperfections. I did end up purchasing it, but I left the store feeling very much like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman" ( the scene in which she walks into the posh store to shop and the sales lady acts snobby) Funny thing is, as soon as they saw that I was a paying customer, they began to treat me like a normal person. So to sum things up, store has really good selection with great prices but the sales people and owner could benefit from some customer service training. Yes Ill shop there again, because Id rather put up with soso customer service and good merchandise over inferior merchandise and great customer service.
