Expensive and poor service. I paid $700 for glasses but the store was too busy when I picked them up. So I just paid the balance and took the glasses. Came back to try to get them adjusted for fit at 300pm (store closes at 4) and had to listen to complaints about people who come in late in the day and threaten the ability of staff to leave on time. I will find someone else to adjust the glasses.

I agree with the positive review. Although the store does sometimes become busy (this is completely unpredictable), this is a quality place that provides excellent and very personal service unavailable elsewhere. I have been going to them for nearly ten years and they are the best!

I dont usually post reviews but when I saw the 1 star review I have to stand against it. This is the absolute best place in Baltimore to find special frames if youre particular. Dont come here expecting a discount chain. Service and product is top grade.
