Ive been going to this Walgreens location for a few years now, as it is conveniently close to my house. Employees cycle in and out over time, and every staff member Ive dealt with has been friendly, except for one lady who has remained a cashier here since Ive started coming here. She is an African American middle to elder aged woman who has ringlet curls and sits on a stool (where its completely obvious she cant be bothered to ever move herself from) - and she is just the most sour and rude person. She should most definitely not be a cashier, let alone doing anything customer service related. Every interaction Ive had with this lady over the past few years has been unpleasant. She never says "hi", or "thank you", or "have a nice day," - she almost never utters a word at all, just She carelessly dumps my products out of my basket and throws them into a bag. Ive worked many years in retail, and totally understand having a bad day. But this woman is not having a bad day, shes just got the worst demeanor and should not be working a retail job dealing with customers. The pharmacy here also is always extremely slow and has a longer wait than any other pharmacy Ive used in the past.

One of the best out the chain Ive frequent! Customer service is up to par they are very attentive and Im disabled so it was refreshing to see the cashier had a disability as well but that never compromised their service!

pharmacy is the worst.. very unprofessional and slow took about 9 hours to get a refill that I phoned in early on the am. not impressed at all.
