Ive worked at speedway until just recently and when I came in to ask for a pizza, the csr Chris said "policy states I cant make you one during these hours" until I said Ive worked there as a manager only then did he agree and continued to say that he would be breaking policy. I have never heard of a policy that would let speedway lose out money on a high profit item. He felt the need to blame me rudely in his conversation to other customers as to why he wasnt able to be there immediately for other customers, which wouldve been resonable if he wouldve just said he was assisting me instead of that small unnecessary rudeness. Profit and customer service at the end of the day pay our checks. I would suggest using the rule that employees come first and train the csr respectively otherwise youll be losing out big time. Thanks.

Very nice people and manager is easy to talk to. I go to this speedway once a day and never had any bad experience.

I love their coffee and snacks. Usually have the best prices on cigarettes as well.
