I feel very cheated as a customer because their promos are not what they seem. This is not the first time that their promos have been disguised as something else. I purchased two bras during their promo of buy 1 get one for $5.00. My total was about $55.00 with tax and once I received them I did not like the style on me of one of the bras. When I tried to return it, I was not receiving my $50 refund because they split the total return cost between the 2 bras, and only ended up receiving about $30.00. Their employees arent even trained to explain their confusing receipt and transaction system and why I was only receiving a portion of the total purchase price of the bra .After spoke to corporate and they were extremely rude and basically told me that they do this to protect themselves from losses in refunds, and had zero regard for the customer. BEWARE of their promos because they are not what they seem!
