Bought a truck for my son and worked with Sam. He was great and easy to work with. Found the perfect truck. Had a minor problem and Sam and Danny, the owner, had it taken care of immediately. They are not the typical used car dealer. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend them. Have to take back my recommendation. Yes, it appeared they fixed the issue with the truck, however, 3 months later and we are having to replace the engine at a cost of $5,000. I fully understand that when you buy a used car there is no guarantee or warranty. Not sure what was done when they "fixed it" to make it last the three months, but the severity of the engine problem should have been apparent.

All of the people at Dallas auto Mart are great. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. They are also people of their word and very honest. I just a 2010 Ford Flex and have had it for 2 days and absolutely love the vehicle. It was easy to work with the people and the salesman at Dallas auto mart. If you are thinking of buying a used car they can find it for you and or have a large selection on there lot. I had a wonderful experience and will do business with them again in the future

The salesman Darien was great ! But when we decided not to purchase their vehicle the OWNER is now refusing to give us back our $500 refundable deposit back (not downpayment but deposit ) ! We have had to get a police report and file a civil case against them to get our money back. Mind you nothing was signed saying it wasnt refundable.
