Awesome experience ! [4/8/2016 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach] Brought my dirty and beat up old Trek Mountain bike in for a tune up, and asked for all of its cables to be replaced as well. What I got back was a WORK OF ART ! Bike looks, feels, and rides better than it has in years ! Reasonably priced, and ready 1 day sooner than estimated. (Done in 4 days). Friendly, personable staff and exceptionally knowledgeable. Seriously- Ive NEVER had a bad experience at this Bike America. Well done, gentlemen- Im a customer for life.

Rented a road bike from these guys last week. Specialized Tarmac, well-enough equipped that I could join fastest group rides up and down A1A coastline. Broken spoke, wheel swapped out within minutes, no questions asked. Professional, courteous staff and a well-stocked store with a full range of models, clothing, and gear for just about anyone. If youre a racer/fast rider who is visiting Palm Beach area, I highly recommend renting from these guys! Do give them 3 days notice as they move rental bikes around their several stores.

Exceptional customer service!! I have been coming here for two years and have never received anything less than outstanding treatment. They are very knowledgeable, offer expert advice, have a huge availablility of inventory and very competitive pricing. I have purchased many bikes from them for myself and the family, ranging in price from a couple of hundred dollars kids bikes to ones costing many thousands of dollars and each time the service has been second to none.

Just had my bike services here. Very friendly staff and they did a great job. I came in and they were slow so they had me out the door in about 20 minutes! Bike was cleaned, lubed, brakes and shifters worked like new! I walked around a bit and they had a nice selection of bikes as well.

Impeccable Customer Service! Mike is extremely knowledgeable & takes care of us every time. Staff is not pushy and prices are competitive. You wont get hustled. You can also rent bikes if youre not local. Great great great neighborhood bike store!
