The team here was great.Lots of people seem to bash Bose as a "lifestyle" company more than true audio quality.But, then shop elsewhere! LOL The team here is great and was very helpful in all our purchases, and theyve been great with after purchase care, and even helpful when we had questions about our Bose stuff bought elsewhere. If you do have a question about something you bought a while ago, it might be best to call the Bose 800 number before just going to the store,but the team in the store was great. Anthony helped us recently and he was great!

Horrible store. All my stuff is used and broken in some way. They are crooks. Just went and took my DVD player back. And they gave me another broken one. Now I cant watch any movies all weekend thanks you guys suck.
