I purchased a phone in a big box store a few months ago. I have never been able to use most of the features. I had been back to the store many times. Finally, being soooo frustrated I learned of a new Verizon store much closer to home. I went there feeling totally defeated. There I had the most marvelous experience. The gentleman had the patience of Job. He corrected all the problems and never once getting frustrated. He was more knowledge than the other half dozen or more that worked on the at the big box store. Justin was not only knowledgeable but patient and kind as I was totally frustrated when I came in. He is a keeper.

Im a difficult customer, and not really a fan of big dumb companies that appear to have little regard for customers. But my smug attitude and frown was turned upside down when I visited this well appointed clean little store in New Smyrna. I met Rick Mellen, who professionally walked me through the billing, pricing and phone options for my wife. There was no hard sale here, no pitch, just an honest approach to our cellular needs. I have often cringed at the thought of buying a new phone, but now I know where I will go and who I will deal with. Overall an excellent experience that I highly recommend.

While this new store is amazing and the employees very friendly and helpful, my problem isnt resolved. Why anyone would choose Verizon for a cell phone plan in New Smyrna Beach is a mystery. Our coverage was fine up until 10 days ago. Now we cant make or receive calls in our home or yard. Verizon had no idea why this changed suddenly and their best solution is for me to lay out $700+ for a new phone with wifi calling. Why would I do that AND pay for verizon every month? Probably switching....

The New Smyrna Beach store is great! When my 6 week old phones charging port stopped working, they worked with me, not only to get a new phone, but to make sure everything was backed up. I came in today (with the new phone only 10 days old) with a sound issue. Not only did they fix it, but showed me exactly what to do if it ever happens again. Great employees, super service! Way to go Verizon for having a store that truly shows exemplary customer service.

This is my first time getting into a contract phone and the guy who helped me was so nice! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and completely informed with everything that was going on.
