The Worst experience on Mothers Day. I went in and they forgot to make my arrangement and it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. They didnt apologize or offer an alternative gift. It took them over 30 minutes to figure out they didnt even make the arrangement. I would go to another store all together. The manager didnt seem to care at all and wasnt nice at all. I hope no one else has the same experience.
