The customer service here is AWESOME! I had problem of using stop&shop coupon at the self check out. Tracey came to help immediately. After paid everything, I noticed the coupon applied was incorrect. I went back to Tracy and told her the line in the customer service counter is too long. She immediately got the key and asked Valerie (another cashier) to help me. If it was in any other store, I would be asked to wait in that long line. Very impressed! The BEST customer service!!!

A Private User

Its a weird place, rarely is it EVER full, usually its empty. They play games when it comes to money orders. There is this immigrant manager who always gives me a hard time about my service dog. They do have faster check out service Ill give them that. If U have WIC this place is easier to process then ShopRite! They even leave the baby formula out on the shelf.

Stop & Shop in Stamford is the place to shop. I travel from Port Chester to shop there even though there is one in my town. The food is fresh, the place is clean, and the customer service cannot be best. Just perfect.

Theres never a fast checkout in this store, prices are always higher than across the street (shoprite). Employees dont seem happy. The establishment is clean.
