I love the fact that this is a very clean and organized store, but there are things that made my very first visit experience a really bad one. First, I ask to one of the employees about the bathrooms and he rudely told me that the bathrooms were broken, but I could understand he was very busy, second there was only one register open making me wait more that what you normally would in a grocery store, they didnt offer me a bad for my purchases and the cashier was a very rude man, I was taking a photo of the store and he yelled at me telling me that he couldnt be on the picture, how did he knew he was on the picture in the first place. Overall the worse experience in a first time visiting a grocery store ever, I wont be back

Great store. They have a lot of organic and gluten free products at amazing prices. They dont carry the regular brands that you find in other supermarkets, but their products are of equal or better quality. I love ALDI, I do find that sometimes the produce department in this store can get very messy. I have also seen produce near the verge of spoiling as well. Other than that, its a great store and i wish there were more ALDI supermarkets in NYC and Long Island.

The Bayshore, NY store is beyond gross. The company does not hire enough staff for a location like that. Their products have numerous recalls and upon taking a tour of their Smithtown location I saw a massive amount of Silverfish in the aisles, compactor and washroom area. Ive seen better conditions outside of the Long Island area but Ive been completely appalled at the Riverhead, Lake Grove (Smithtown), Bayshore and Selden stores.

Alis supermarket in Bay Shore on the north side of Sunrise Hwy(Best Buy, Harbor Freight shopg ctr) & Aldis in Lindenhurst (Montauk Hwy, next to former Natl Liquidators) have loads of no-name brand products @ lower prices, every single bit as good as any name-brand product(s). Clean stores, polite, helpful personnel.

Maybe not the best looking supermarket but there prices are the cheapest and 90% of there stuff is organic and gmo free .... same organic milk I buy at aldi for $2.50 is 4.95 at stop and shop ... best cheeses and meats ....I will never go to another supermarket ever again. .

If you are looking for saving on your grocery shopping Aldi is the place for you. I was always a little weird about not using name brands. I gave ALDI s a shot and saved a ton. A lot of their products taste better and are cheaper then name brands.

Great food store. I believe it is an offshoot of Trader Joes but it no frills. No major brands but good produce and dairy. I go there like 3xs a week. Bring your own bags.
