When I first put a down payment on my crib 13 weeks ago I was not told about the "shipping method" My crib was expected to come in around 10 weeks. which gave us time before our child was born. He is 3 days old today and still no crib 13 weeks later. I was just on the phone with Gary and his shipment method is outrageous. He depends on other customers to purchase from his store in order to make one shipment date at a time (or until the truck is filled so there wont be any "damage" to the product. So when I called today (keep in minds 13 weeks later) Gary said it is not in yet and is not sure when it will come in because the truck is not filled. So as a customer Im getting the poop end of a stick because Gary who runs a furniture store does not want to spend the extra money to ship it by itself. Now is this customer satisfaction? I am livid with this company and wont dare to share it with anyone else.

Local business and the owner was incredibly helpful in assisting me, an overwhelmed first time mom, in finding a glider and information about cribs and various baby needs. He wasnt pushy and didnt come off as trying to sell me anything which was lovely. I read some reviews about being told orders would be in and they werent so I am keeping my review at a 4 star, awaiting my deliver date for my glider. Should everything go as well as promised, this will be a 5 star review.

I looked all over for a bunk bed for my son and found the big box stores to have poor quality, overpriced beds. When I walked into Babys World, I was ecstatic! They have beautiful furniture and the bunk beds are amazing - great quality and they convert as the kids get bigger. Gary, the owner, was so helpful and knowledgable - made me wish I had purchased my baby crib, etc there. Thank you Gary!!
