If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a dresser, left a cash deposit. Informed after 24 hours, ( when delivery was supposedly in 2 more days) that the piece was discontinued and no longer available.-- not a single apology. Had to drive all the way back to try to get my cash deposit back. Calmly- at first, said I was displeased and that its slightly unprofessional to not have told me at time of order. I kept being told in an arrogant manner its not their fault. So I said, ok, just give me my $400 back so we can go. I got yelled at and screamed at. I too, then yelled and demanded my money back. Threatened to call police and was told I would have to take him to court for it. I did NOT change my mind, or default the contract. They did. After much screaming yelling and arguing, the arrogant man gave me my money but grabbed my receipt so I would have no record of having been there and refused to give anything paper wise to me. He had more than 10k wadded up in his pocket and this was just at noon with not a single other customer to be found-- 2 days in a row-- the delivery guy was there reading both days. Clearly no delivery for 2 days. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. Theres not only rude, awful customer service, but definitely shady. At least 4 high end computers yet, no website, email, or electronic ordering available to them. Awful. Worst. I dialed my husband and never hung up. He has the whole thing on his voicemail. So I do have proof. Dont go there.

My fiancé and I made the mistake of purchasing a large amount of furniture from this store. Our table came it without a mark on it suddenly there were holes throughout popping up minute by minute , terminex came and determined the table was infested with post powder beetles! When I made the company aware I was cursed at the delivery people laughed in my face and Bob became very agressive refusing to discuss the matter in any type of apologetic manor. I was told "you are screwed" and again bob repeated that this was simply the finish of the table and I "know nothing about his buisness" Let me tell you Ive never heard of a magical finish that eats away at my table over time. Save yourself the effort and go anywhere but here. No wonder theyre basically giving away their furniture.

My husband and I were so glad to have checked this furniture store in Medford NY. Because we were able to find the best sofa suited for our place and the price on sale is very good--surely the best deal! We likewise showed the coffee table we wanted and Mr. Bob matched the price. He is very friendly, accommodating and funny. So we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience. We left so happy and satisfied. Delivery was on time and furniture assembly was fast. Bought a sectional and our salesman Bob was top notch. Took the time to explain the product and was patient when we decided to make changes. Price was on the higher side compared to discount stores, however, is comparable to most places we researched with similar products. Delivery was stated to be within 10 days, it arrived in 4. Bob was polite and accommodating. Pretty funny too. Im not a hard person to please but I do take people at their word...or at least till something happens. Nothing happened. Bob said 10-15 days for delivery to Tiffany....here in 13 days. Bob said delivery yesterday between12-3. Here at 1:30. Delivery men were polite and did their job Can ask for more!! Thanks to Bob and staff.

Bob was great. He gave me a great deal on bedroom furniture. We didnt get the furniture early due to the furniture company being closed for the holidays. They stayed in contact my fiancé and I were patient and at delivery they gave us two gifts. My fiancé was happy and excited thats all that matters. Thank you guys!!! This store rocks

This place may not be your giant furniture store.. But the employees are very friendly and not pushy at all, there prices are Inflated but deflated greatly to close a sale. Great furniture place with everything under one smaller roof.
