This metro pcs location is a good place to buy phones. Me and my husband came in to buy a phone that I really wanted to get but the employee name Lila Im not really sure if thats his name but he told us that the phone I was interested in was all out. And he recommended another phone that was more cheaper than what I wanted but I wasnt sure if I wanted it. So he told us he was just gonna be honest that he still have the phone I wanted but it was all returned phones because that phone was not a good phone and that many people returned them because the GPS on it wasnt good so I changed my mind since GPS is really important to me. So my husband and I bought each of us the phone he recommended to us and was way cheaper. And we both love our new phones. Alot of features and its faster. Thanks Lila for a good customer service and for your honesty.

There is only one girl that works there most of the time but she is very helpful and patient. When the store is busy she keeps calm and welcomes everyone in.
