So let me tell you I love this starbucks i come here every single morning. However this morning i was early and i was the first customer and the person who was taking my order was so low in speaking i couldnt hear her. Then i confirmed at the speaker before going to the window. And then when i was at the window. I went to pay she didnt give me a total just stood there waiting for my payment. And then when they were done with the drinks i asked again to make sure that my mocha was coconut milk as i cannot have regular milk. She didnt even say oh im sorry or anything she just sighed and took it back and then brought it back and didnt even say sorry about that just gave it and closed the window. Im sorry, but if you mess something up at least say oh let me remake that for you or something. Sooo rude. Definetly taking some time away from this location .

I usually love the service I receive at Starbucks and go there all the time. This Starbucks is ALWAYS so slow, they get your order wrong and theyre always rude. Its also generally crawling with people and it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. I only stop here if there are no other options.

This Starbucks is less crowded than the others in Vacaville and has a nice atmosphere. Its also smaller than most Starbucks but has good inside and outside seating. It is located right off I-80 which makes it a convenient stop for anyone looking for a quick coffee while on the road.

I used to work Starbucks drive thru, and I know just how difficult it is to please drive thru customers. These guys are pretty on top of it: trying to balance customers, time efficiency, and everything else isnt an easy juggling act.

Can only give one star as the homeless couple with the pitbull that sits at the tables has me scared to purchase anything there as the pitbull acted aggressive towards me so im forced to find someplace for coffee now

This is a pretty busy location but they still get the drinks out pretty fast. Later in the afternoon/night they need a little more staffing but thats on the store manager not the baristas.

I had to wait 25 min for a latte...! They are either understaffed or terribly slow. Not sure if this is a general trend or not, but be warned.
