I was looking for a used game and called their store, someone by the name of Todd picked up and placed me on hold for over 3 minutes, I disconnected and had to walk into the store. Every time I go to this location on Moorpark Road, the staff is very unwelcoming and rude. I went in to get a used copy of GTAV (xbox one) and they wanted $53.00 without the case. Bestbuy had it brand new for only $20.00. This place also takes advantage of kids when trading in their games then they re sell it for a huge profit. Never going to Gamestop again.

Store consistently looks like a horde of little kids just finished tearing it apart, which is probably frequently the case. Staff goes through the motions of customer service. Good for physical copy preordered for their GameStop exclusive perks, but for any other reason Id favor going online or to another big box retailer.

Gives an EST midnight release and does not inform the customer who pre-orders that they will do so, and closing by the time pacific midnight comes around. No signs alerting the customer of this unorthodox release, nothing about it written on the receipt, and nothing written about it online. Simply outrageous.
