Went there yesterday. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and nice. He was very friendly. Someone gave me a bad laptop and told asked me if i can remove and transfer their picture from the harddrive to Google Drive. After that, they have me the laptop as a thank you present. However, it did not come with a charger, so I went here and they helped me find the charger, them they asked me if i wanted to test it and I said yeah. So we booted the computer and it had an illegal copy of Windows 7 Ultimate. The guy behind the counter then have me a free copy of Windows 7 Home Premium and have me steps on how to correctly activate it. Then he told me how to upgrade to Windows 10. I would give you guys a 10 star review if I could.

Our family has done business with Lucien at Alltech for years. I would not trust anyone else with our computers. The customer service is THE best. They are experts and HONEST. I went there while living in Corona del Mar - worth the drive...and still go to them now that I live inland.
