Well I like the Cold Stone franchise in general so part of my rating is based on a general appreciation for good ice cream mixed with fun toppings. As for this location we just went there yesterday and got some tasty ice cream and had a good experience. The employees were nice young kids and the location is a cute little round gazebo looking shape in a nice courtyard area of the shopping center.

Terrible service! Unfriendly staff. I would give it a zero if I could. They were out of brownies and half way into making my chocolate devotion they tell me its finished. I wouldve gotten something else. We asked for the ice cream in a waffle cone and got it in a cup so we had to wait more. Furthermore, we asked for like it cups and got love it cups. Highly unimpressed.

If you are only going to offer one thing at your restaurant. Do it as well as Jenis does ice cream. Their coffee ice cream is very good as are many of their hand crafted premium flavors but the really good stuff, that takes this place from 4 stars to 5 is the Sierpinski Dark Chocolate ice cream. Ya, its that good.

This place is absolute garbage. The service here is absolutely horrendous. They never give you the quantity they should and the ice cream is always melted. I would honestly give this place a 0 and have it shut down. Whoever the owner is needs to get their act together and hire some employees who are competent.

Ice cream is very thick and creamy making it unique. Unlike many ice cream shops Cold Stone is not mediocre with the toppings, they take the time to mix it in with your ice cream. Overall Id definitley recommend this

Not sure whats happening to this business, few years back it was great but now its not. I just went there and they didnt have waffle cones, frappes, nor smoothies which is about 40% of their offerings.

Kids working out there need to know how to behave with a customer.Doesnt make sense if you have great Ice cream but very very Poor Service.

Nice place for a good sundae. The quantity is huge even for a small sized scoop. Open on all days till 10 pm
