I was in line waiting to be helped, when the employee that work there seen someone he knew, he never acknowledged me and began to take her order. Need to learn better customer service!!!! The guy who helped me apologized and was very polite.

This cold stone admittedly was missing some favorite mix ins such as Twix and Snickers which normally brings down my ratings. But the sweet girl behind the counter who gave us a buy one get one free deal brought my opinion back up.

Generally I have seen this place to be crowded. Not very visible while driving by the street. They have an outside seating arrangement too. The ice creams are good as usual. The staffs are fine as well.

Very disappointed with the portion given for 1/2 gallon mint chocolate, chololate chip, chip ice cream. At $10.99, there was more mint ice cream than anything else... "NO" Brownies.

Cold Stone can be a little too sweet for me. I prefer mom and pop shops but love that this location is open later then most shops. Thank you for the sweet tooth satisfaction!

Loved the ice creams. But less variety. Good for a family time in the afternoon. They have seating arrangements outside also.

Excellent ice cream and service. Very warm in the shop itself. Has options for eating outside as well.
