I came here with my wife and kids to give them a treat. What we got was the exact opposite, they had the worst customer service and the serving they gave us was the same as a tablespoon. We had ordered their molten lava cake and it was the worst one we ever had. Usually when we go to ColdStone we have really good experience but today I have decided never to go to ColdStone again and I recommend everyone to not go to the issaquah one . Worst experience at this location

Reading the last reviews had me worried. However the service was prompt for my wife, and I. The lady wasnt rude to us, but I wouldnt say she was peppy either. I felt the serving size on my medium size german chocolate cake was very large; my wife ordered the strawberry blonde (same size) and her serving seemed like a small instead of medium. Maybe staff needs training on servings. We were served by same lady.

I was in charge of the cake for my friends birthday party. 45 minutes before while I was setting up I dropped the cake! I brought it down to Cold Stone and they replaced it for me in about 10 minutes and I was able to make it back in time! Cold Stone you saved the day! I cannot say enough about the customer service and speed in which they were able to help. Ill be buying all my cakes here!

This Cold Stone is the worst. The lady working kept trying to make us wait and help other people. She refused to make two of the items we ordered for our grandkids because the needed supplies were to hard. We have NEVER been to a place this bad. Go find somewhere else, just not this store.

Not equipped to accept gift card stored on my phone! So I had to pay cash when I had $25 on a gift card! First time Ive had cold stone creamery, not thrilled, for what we paid! $14 for two cones, and not anything great about theyre ice cream!

I like ice cream. They serve ice cream. And the mix in options are great, staff is usually smiling. This is one of our Treat places in Issaquah.

I cant believe Im giving one star to an ice cream shop but the customer service is just poor. Dont even think of asking for water.
