Went in at 9:58pm started to pick out what I wanted only to be told that it was now after 10pm and they were closed. I said even though I had come in before 10. He said sorry he couldnt serve me.....Thanks for the wasted trip and loss of gas.I have been a customer at this location since I was a child. Decades. My entire family will never be back due to one employee refusing to serve one more life long customer. 3 minutes max. No ice cream is that good, to tolerate being disrespected and disregarded for it.

Thanks for the reviews on this local eatery still technically new to Chico and I like reading threw all of these reviews on where its worth it or a bust! Always had mixed customer service with 31 flavors for a long time.

This is one of the few ice cream parlors I love, they were always on point every time I came to get a treat here, I worked in the plazza so I was here 3 times a week for a single scoop cone
