The lady whos working she had really bad actitud also i have to wait forever just to do a exchance item she mention my transaccion was complicated she tried to refused my exchance but i told her i want my money back and she said do not have money to give back to me ....i think she made complicted..this happen tuesday 01/12/2016 1:20pm...really bad service this happen in San Pablo Ca Store..

I used to love Radio Shack. They dont stock any of the hard to find things that I used to be able to get there. Plus their associates dont have answers to questions I think they should know. I googled it faster.

I had the worst experience buying a cell-phone & service at the Sprint Store inside the Radio Shack. How can 2 stores with totally different customer service cultures share a retail space?

If the stock of this store is chain wide, it is no wonder they cant make it. So little shelving you could have a big dance floor in the middle of the store

I dont know what Google was thinking, but there is no Radio Shack at this location. I know because I walked there. I ended up going to the one by the Casino.
