Fabby took care of us when my wife and I came in for a new bed. She really spent time with us and explained to us decision making issues and very friendly. Delivery could have been a better experience as the first truck was unable to take my mattress. They moved the bed outside and when I called the store to schedule another pick-up, they stated that the mattresses could not be picked up if they were outside. Other than those minor issues Sleep Train was courteous and helpful!
