An excellent selection of high quality The North Face goods at your friendly neighborhood store. Pros: An excellent selection of North Face jackets, pants, shoes; in women, men, and children. There is also plenty of sleeping bags, backpacks, and shoes. North Face makes great quality gear with an excellent warranty. They really take care of you whether it be returns or warranty concerns. The customer service is great and extremely helpful. They will help you find what you need. Cons: This particular North Face does not have the selection or popularity of the San Francisco flagship store, nor the low cost of the Berkeley or Gilroy store. If you cant find it here, then chances are, youll be able to find it another store. Also, North Face is more of a lifestyle brand, so some of the clothes may not be as "extreme" as comparable products such as Mountain Hardware or the nearby Patagonia or Arcteryx. If you want to fit it in the popularity trend, then North Face is definitely the most popular/prevalent, otherwise their high end products are more hit or miss. Tips: Come in around February/March for the winter sale and September/October for the spring/summer sale for the best deals. The price may be slightly higher than the outlets, but the quality is much better.

Brought a broken stuff bag to this shop which belonged to a sleeping bag I bought in Germany. They sent it to their repair center, it was fixed and sent back to me for free, without any hassle. Great!

Friendly staff, but selection was horrible and limited. Online collection was not available in store. Not sure why theres such a huge difference between E commerce store selection vs in store.

Good place to try on shoes and check out clothing. The staff wasnt very helpful about ordering clothes to be delivered to the store. Ordering online is easier and faster.
