I went here to get my ear cartilage pierced ($60 for one helix piercing). I have got my ear pierced in that spot twice before at other tattoo shops. Both times I ended up with a bump on my ear (not resulting from any trauma by hurting my ear) and the other time my ear was literally trying to push the jewelry out of my ear. Bad experiences. But, being the young, crazy adult I am, I wanted to try one more time at this ear piercing thing. I was recommended by multiple people to come to Adornment and have Jose pierce me. I went in, and I was shocked. The "tattoo shop" looked like no other tattoo shop I have ever seen before. It was amazingly clean, well organized, and spacious. No loud screamo music was blaring through speakers, no dark smoky rooms, and no scary guys holding tattoo guns. I picked out the jewelry I wanted and he made sure to sanitize it like there was no tomorrow. The metal is some high quality stuff, too. Jose sat me down, walked me through all the steps of how he is making sure there is no cross contamination with the jewelry, and how the piercing process will work. Then he stuck me. It hurt, but nothing compared to my other piercings. After a few days I could sleep on that side of my head, after a few weeks I could wash/style my long hair without worrying about hurting my ear, and around two months after I got the piercing it was pretty much completely painless. I was very well taken care of by this shop, and will most defiantly go there again for more piercings/tattoos.

**DO NOT GO HERE!!!!**I came to this shop with $500 and was there for 8 hours. The artist there that i was referred to was hung over and wearing flip flops. The guy didnt even cover his equipment when i got tattooed and random people were coming in getting pierced in the same room. Not sanitary at all.. The next day my arm had large chunks of skin missing and long gashed from being overworked. I contacted the manager Evan and he agreed the artist did in fact overwork the skin BIG TIME! the shop owner Jose was totally cool promising me a refund and apologizing. Two weeks went by and i didnt hear anything about my refund. I sent several text to the owner which got ignored, finally i text the manager who responded right away. The owner Jose finally called me back and told me he didnt have the $$ so i told him id settle for less than half. He was cool with that and agreed to send me the amount. After another week here i am being lied to with scars on my arm. if you dont want to deal with these type of people dont go here. Ill never get my money but i can try to save others from this Bullshit by writing this review.

This place is amazing! Walking through the door first thing you see is all their beautiful jewelry on display. Whatever your desire, they have. The people they have working there are kind, and ease any fear you have of getting your skin pierced to forever having an original piece of artwork from one of their talented artist. Every tattoo artist has a different specialty. From Evan with out of this world whimsical, Temo with realism, and if bio mechanical is your thing, James is your man.They also have three more artist with their own amazing specialty. Jose is the shop owner and full time piercer. He is also one of the best people I know. He gives 110% in to the shop and every piercing he does and it shows by just talking to him or even one of his full time artist.They also have another full time gifted piercer who moved all the from Baltimore to work at this shop, his name is John. By doing this they always have a piercer on staff. Personally I have been with the shop since they have first opened. I have gotten all my work done there and do not plan on going anywhere else.

I got my dermals done here and originally i was gonna get one on each side but the owner told me i was a little sideways and it would look like one was higher so i ended up getting two on one side. Im huge on perfection especially when it comes to something on my body. He wasnt just trying to make a quick few bucks off me he took pride in his work and took it seriously. He is very straight forward and doesnt want anything less than an amazing reputation so hell make sure you get what you want. They never got infected and after a year they started to dull and they let me come back and switched them out for new ones for free. Ive now had my dermals for 2 years and they are still perfect :)

These guys are awesome! I got my nipples pierced in LA and not only did they do a poor job, but they didnt bother to explain the process and whats best for me. Im allergic to a lot of different types of metals, and so both my nipples did not heal properly and one piercing completely failed. Jose (who I would highly recommend) explained the different types of metals and what was best for my body. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. It would be worth driving from LA to Palm Springs for piercing because the guys are that good.

AMAZING studio. Adornment is unlike any other shop i have been in. Each room is private and kept organized and clean. The artists are absolutely amazing also and make you feel super comfortable from the moment you walk in. The piercing artists are extremely knowledgeable and make sure you are aware of everything from the jewelry material to aftercare. And the jewelry selection is unbelievable. There is something for everyone. I recommend only this studio, and once you visit, you will agree and never go anywhere else.

Ive had a belly piercing for 15 years and have never had any problems w/ the jewelry falling off. They replaced my jewelry on Tuesday by Wed the ball fell out. When I called to tell them about it the piercing guy gives me a BS excuse about you probably rubbed against something.....Huh? Admit your mistake, stand by the product youre selling!! The shop is beautiful

I just love it there & the staff are so sweet to all their customers but since Ive been going there for my piercings JOSE has been such a real sweet❤ to me that shows how he treasures his clientele SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SHOP and staff to everyone for piercings and tattoos thank u jose for everything my friend Will be going back again

Very nice clean organized studio, with a good selection of jewelry. Getting a piercing here is clean, sanitary, and a good experience overall. The staff here are cool, very nice people, and are professional. The main body piercer is well educated on body jewelry and piercing placement, and cares much about things being sanitary.

Best tattoo shop in Palm Springs. Staff is friendly & seem to be more of a family than just co-workers. My tattoo artist was very detailed in his work & put a lot of effort into making sure my tattoo was done perfectly. The experience was the most pleasant & honestly, least painful Ive had in a tattoo shop.

Waited two hours to get a small tattoo. We were double booked because the tattoo artist didnt write the appointment before ours down and booked us at the same time slot. Appointment at 11:30, 1:30 now and have to be at the airport at 2:30. Havent even started the tattoo yet. Pissed.
