Awful service! I was in the area and decided to check out their KVD Foundation, asked to be helped in selecting the right shade for my complex skin tone. The lady who helped me had the worst concealer, it was creased and it straight up gave me a feeling that she didnt know what she was doing.. (because Ive been to the other sephora in the area and every single employee there has the most flawless makeup) which I feel is necessary if youre trying to sell me the makeup, the application of such foundation was heavy, not blended out properly and the shade was off. I kept telling her that I probably needed a shade lighter and she had me clean the foundation off my face with tiny cotton circles, you know? The ones you use to clean off nail polish.. well by the second time my face was already red! and irritated, so she continued "blending out" the new shade, I was happy with the color but I wasnt ready to commit because its one of those full coverage types of foundations and she made it look hard to blend out. So then I say thank you, but can you give me the number or name of the shade so I know what to get once I ran out of my current foundation. And the lady, looked mad and straight up told me to look at the bottom of the bottle and to take a picture if I had to. Didnt give me the little card with the name or number, didnt ask of I needed assistance with anything else, she just grabbed the bottles of foundation and took off. Like that. So I do not recommend anyone going there to buy anything, with such awful service.. you are probably better off taking a few more minutes in driving to the one on El Paseo than being treated the way I was treated. I honestly wish I remembered her name because someone so disrespectful should not be part of such a great company. But if you see the fake blonde lady with heavy creased makeup. Avoid her.

i dont think i have the words to describe this store. its AMAZING. the customer service is the best. Ive been to the free standing sephora down the street from this one (at El Paseo Gardens) and i did NOT have nearly a half as good experience. im a much older woman and i dont take the time to dress nice and do a makeup routine every morning. so, Every time id go to the Sephora on El Paseo the girls looked at me and automatically assumed i wasnt buying and didnt even approach me; and when they did they treated me like i didnt know anything about makeup. At the Sephora inisde JcPenney every single young lady asked if i needed assistance and even offered me samples if i wasnt ready to purchase. Needless to say i will never go back to the store on El Paseo.

Mally does amazing facials. Love their facials. Love the products they used on my skins. Mally suggested different products that can help moisturize my dry skin. Overall, I love the customer service. I am already making an appointment for my third facial.

Danny is AMAZING shes so sweet...I went in to find a new BB cream described what I was looking for in a product and 10 minutes later...Im all set!. She was really knowledgeable about all the products, shades, ingredients and what they do...Love that!

Waited 30 minutes to get colored matched for foundation. Then another 15 minutes in line to pay for my foundation which was "on hold at the register" only to be dismissed because it was not in stock.
