Its kind of "freeze or fry" as with all Ross stores... the first time I shopped there I bought jackets from North Face, Burton, and "U.S. Life," a brand Id never heard of but was a feature-packed jacket. The next time I went I didnt find any of those brands at all, but after some diligence found some things worth making a trip there. I guess you gotta persist and visit them often!

The Ross in Newbury Park is awesome! Not as big of selection as the one in Thousand Oaks but, the staff are wonderful! Very friendly from the moment I entered, I was greeted with a friendly Hello! Even the cashier was super friendly! I will keep going back to this Ross!
