The owner has no business being in customer service! She is rude and unapologetic when I called her out on it. Instead, she completely flipped out on me and yelled at me!..... I had bought an outfit and realized that it was damaged when I got home so I attempted to return it. She accused me of damaging it myself and refused to accept the damaged item. I was offended that she would accuse me of damaging. It isnt my fault that they over-looked the damage when they orguanlly bought from the customer. So unnecessary and classless.

I love this store always great deals and a better price! But tge last 2 times i have been in the girl working the counter has been kinda rude and not very personable. I honestly would like to only come in when she is not working.
