Not sure about the other reviews, but we really liked Right Start. We had low expectations because of these reviews, but the two people there really seemed to know their stuff and were actually pretty helpful. We were looking at twin strollers and wanted to try things out a little. They let us put our girls in and stroll around the show room. We ended up getting a Baby Jogger Mini City twin and some toys and other stuff. Were accustomed to going to Babies R Us in Culver City where people really dont know anything. So this was a nice change of pace. Nice quality merch but priced fairly for what it is. Nice store, good service, no complaints here.
