Abysmal customer service, and this (see photo of top drawer) is how our defective changing table arrived. $600 for a gaping hole, folks. My husband has since spent hours on the phone and in person negotiating with a chain of finger-pointing people who truly dont care, and who initially said wed have to pay ANOTHER $200 for delivery of a replacement. He finally got them down to $20. Thats right; were still paying extra for their error, and now waiting at least two more weeks. So guess what? This means the next changing table, which we need immediately and which may or may not also have a hole in it — who knows? — is now due to arrive right when our baby is. Thanks a lot, Reno Babies R Us, for making what would have been family moments of quietness and prep time into something thats all. About. You. Disgusting.

A Private User

I have never had any problems at Babies R Us. The staff has always been helpful. The thing I like best, however, is the mothers room in the back. I cannot tell you how many times I would be out with the baby and use Babies R Us as a quick stop. The mothers room has a changing table, complete with diapers and wipes (although I always had my own) and an array of comfortable gliders that give moms a quiet and semi-private place (only other moms allowed) place to feed baby. What a concept! A lifesaver.

I should have run the opposite way as fast as possible. In just 3 months, I could write a book on everything that could go wrong. I will not write my dissertation on customer ( or lack of customer service) but I will warn you, this company will not survive in todays retail market much longer unless the business practice is revamped from top to bottom. Beware, you will have problems. Use another registry.

I will never return to this Babies R Us. I would rather buy online or go somewhere more expensive than return to a place that treats their customers like a burden. I think they forgot that, especially now, their business relies on customers.

Always clean and the employees have been friendly and helpful. I also found some amazing deals in their clearance section. Just had to stop in a few times to find different deals.

Compared to target, the price here is not reasonable. Also, for baby registry, it is a very very thrifty store indeed!
