This store is great, everyone is super helpful. There are a couple people who seem like they dont know what they are talking about, cant remember his name but hes a young fellow with glasses. Girls at the registry desk were lovely. The Store Manager Jamie is such a sweetheart. Theres another young lady in the stroller section and shes always so helpful and has all the answers, very informative! The only complaint is the companys return policy is a little ridiculous, I can understand why its so strict, but when it comes down to it, you need your reciept and original packaging or if they offer the extended warranty protection plan its worth the money to get the plan. I had a monitor and my little one knocked it over and it broke. I called the 800 number they told me to go buy a new one and send in my reciept and I got my money back, it was very simple. So GET THE PLAN! The store allows you to return the plan with in 7 days if you think you dont need it! I wont shop at any other Babies R Us store.

Not once did I see an employee on the floor to help customers. I spent about 15 minutes trying to find the aisle number. I finally located them and they were taped on a few end caps. I had to count as I was walking down aisles to figure out what aisle I was on. I struggled with the baby registry it was not easy to read or see. The pictures were faded and it was hard to locate a number of the items.

Great customer service. Wonderful manager. I believe her name is Theresa. Super helpful!! Whatever you do stay away from the van nuys babies r us. Van nuys stores manager treats customers like second hand citizens.

Not only is the store nice and clean, the employees will show you how things work, even if they know you arent going to buy it. Its really helpful when comparing big ticket items.
