Minimal selection. Rude/Unhelpfull staff. My husband and I drove from Roseville to find the sofa set we fell in love with online and had hoped to try it out. We were greeted by Dave, a salesman. We explained to him we were planning on purchasing a bed set and sofa set for our new home (around $6000)! He offered no help as far as discounts packages and kept on telling us that the only discount he could offer was 15% off (which was the stores holiday special) any item in the store (they didnt have our sofa in the store) and nothing more. His tone was disrespectfull and cold. My husband and I left without purchasing a thing. We will go somewhere where our bussiness is appreciated. Sucks for you Ashley....

My husband and I had been saving for a king size bed for a while and decided to go with Ashleys Furniture since they were offering a sale, and had beautiful furniture. Well the employee that assisted us used that to his advantage and rushed us into making a purchase, so as not to miss the sale. They didnt have a floor model of the bed we liked, and the employee had very little knowledge of any of the furniture they sold. However, we picked a bed and bought it. Bad decision. The bed turned out to be way bigger than the picture showed, cheaper material, and had a couple parts that didnt fit. Well, Ashleys offers no returns or exchanges! We wont be shopping there again.

Management and customer service is very friendly. Great prices. Better then going down the hill. Very helpful. Good sales. I love my new bed. In the past I have bought a bedroom set and sofa and lazy boy recliner. Lots of choices. I really recommend a look at their store when your in town.

The furniture is junk.
