Im a pioneer Payless shopper since the first one. I used to love the shoes and would buy a lot. But over the last few years Ive seen the prices explode and the quality doesnt match. Other stores in the malls have better prices now and matching if not better quality. Ive specifically been trying to buy Flats there for years. No selection. And what they have is pricey. Ive left empty handed. I even bought socks I had to return. Poor quality.
