Lame experience at this store------This is one of those lame self service places, (e.g. the now defunct Payless shoes stores), so beware.----I went there last week looking for some dress shoes because my friend invited me out to a play, and the dress shoes I had, unexpectedly split and cracked a week ago after 5 years of use (they were Kenneth Coles by the way. "He" makes a good shoe), so I needed some new dress shoes.. Anyhow, while shopping at this DSW, there were only two sales clerks on the floor. It was difficult to find anyone to help me, although I did get help when I finally went to the registers and waited in line to ask where the sales clerks were. Keep in mind there were about 75 people or more in the store at this time. And they only had two sales clerks on the floor. All the mens dress shoes they had were almost all the same style :/. When I finally found a dress shoe I wanted, they were the wrong color, then I found another pair of dress shoes I wanted, after compromise, and they didnt have my length size. Frustrated, I walked out. And yes, I did ask about the specifics of colors and sizes of the shoes I mentioned in this writing. They could not help me. Good luck finding your width size at stores like this. :/ The merchandise is incredibly overpriced, considering what you can get at their competitors. For instance, they might be charging $89 for a pair of shoes, when you can get similar quality and style for $69 or less elsewhere. Even the $20.00 coupon they sent me, was not enough to sway me. Call me cheap, but I really dont like spending more than $60 on dress shoes. The only time youll need to spend more than that, is if you like or need to wear dress shoes every day. Who in the hell wants those ugly too pointy leprechaun looking dress shoes? Yuck! Those styles of dress shoes were introduced to the market a few years ago. I thought they were ugly then, and theyre uglier now. Oh, I get it, thats why those shoes are there; Its a clearance store :/. The parking garage for this store gives you 90 minutes free with validation. After that it costs money. So keep that in mind. Their parking rates are pretty reasonable. By the way, I did not see any Kenneth Cole shoes here (my favorite brand) or any Bruno Marc shoes, the brand I ended up buying elsewhere. I did not see any Bruno Marcs at this DSW either.

Decent selection of mens shoes are available here. The current layout of the shopping center however is doing the store no favors. If you come in off the street or ground floor take the escalator up to the second floor where the merchandise is. If your on the second floor of the plaza however, you have to keep walking, go past where youd expect the entrance to be (but isnt) keep walking to what seems like a dead end, and thats were the doors are.

Boots time!!!! I got my first pair of boots for the season yesterday. Love love love them. They were only $75!!! That is so good for boots. I dont think Ive ever paid under $200 for boots. This is the best part......... ready? ........ They came in wide calf!!!!!!! I love them I should learn to have patience and shop at DSW more often. You do need patience. Its a bit over whelming to see this many shoes. Staff helped me find my size

Wowowowowow. Talk about shoes galore! This place makes your head spin. You can really find shoes for any occasion. This is usually my go to when I feel like going on a shoe splurge. And their prices are super reasonable since most times its from last season.
